Yvette Krohn

As the Vice President and Director of our El Paso and San Antonio office, Yvette focuses on the needs of new clients as well as those of existing clients who are breaking into new markets. She translates industry activity, economic analysis and consumer insights from within the completed market research into actionable recommendations for the clients. Prior to her new business and marketing role, Yvette specialized in consulting with and providing custom research services to real estate investment trusts, architectural firms, developers as well as financial organizations. Before joining Mares Marketing, Yvette was the Director of New Business Development for one of the 50 largest Real Estate Investment Trusts in the United States. In her tenure she successfully oversaw close to a billion dollars in transactions, successfully coordinated the development of several international projects and provided research and analysis services for the building, development and construction sectors of the company.  Her leadership role at her prior company gave Yvette a unique perspective on the essential elements of successful sales processes.
